The President, Marty Rosenberg, called the meeting to order at several 5 p.m. with the formal opening ceremony.
The minutes of last week's General Meeting were read and accepted.

The Service Report was given by Al Bunce followed by two announcements from Monday concerning services; that from 930 on there is a need to set up she is in the cage on Tuesday, December 1 for the highlights night program, and that help will often be needed to canvass the administration for the sale of tickets to this program.
The Membership Report was presented by John Kucharski which included: the fees for active membership from the pledge class have been collected and will soon be sent to national, the Boards of Review to be held on December 3 will be comprised of R. Crouse, E. Skea, D. Spinner, D. Myshrall, and A. Bunce on board one; S. Pretanik, D. Holland, J. Goodrich, M. Rosenberg and and R. Matusiewicz on board two. P. Towhig and Karl Polson as alternatives, the election of the pledges will be held at the Brotherhood Meeting December 7, 1964 in the initiation will be December 17 Baptist Church.
The 3rd Vice President, Larry Reinhardt, gave his Administration Report and called on Dave Arlen to give Alumni Report. Dave mentioned that he would like to publish a supplementary to the newsletter which would contain some information about the people who are seeking an office in the forthcoming elections. He also stated that another newsletter will be coming out in two weeks.
The Finance Committee report was read by Denny Myshrall.
Bill Sockey read a letter from Mrs. Barbara C. Valliere, Supervisor of Volunteer Services at Belchertown State School which expressed gratitude to the pledge project that took place there.
Mr. Tuttle announced that the Nominating Committee is scheduled to meet at his house at 4:30 p.m. this Sunday afternoon. This committee consists of: Dick Strecker, Dave Mitchell, Paul Towhig, John Goodrich, Jack Kooyoojian, Dennis Springer, and Ross Jones, with Ralph Lennon and Bill Wilkinson as alternatives.
All those people who are interested in an office the next semester please make your name to Mr. Tuttle one of the committies.
There was no old business. There was also no new business.
The Study Committee on Chapter Organization will attempt to me during the session.
The Membership Committee will be at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 1.
All the motions that were passed concerning the book exchange will be considered at the GSS meeting December 1, 1964.
Executive committee will meet at 7:30 p.m. December 6, 1964 in Chapter.
It will be brotherhood meeting on December 7, 1964 at 7 p.m. in Memorial Hall. The meeting adjourned at 7:32 p.m.
